FTC To Oppose IDT's Acquisition Of PLX
The Federal Trade Commission will oppose Integrated Device Technology Inc.'s (Nasdaq: IDTI) proposed $330 million acquisition of PLX Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: PLXT). Shares of IDT edged up 16 cents to close at $7.08 while PLX stock dropped 80 cents to close at $3.70.
