China Supports Solar Consolidations
China's announcement that it would support solar industry consolidations lifted shares of LDK Solar Co. Ltd. (NYSE: LDK) 17 cents to close at $1.43, Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. (NYSE: STP) 19 cents to close at $1.26, Trina Solar Ltd. (NYSE: TSL) 37 cents to close at $4.36 and Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. (NYSE: YGE) 16 cents to close at $2.42.
