ECRI Weekly Leading Indicator Is Now 0, 3rd Consecutive Weekly Decline
Doug Short at advisorperspectives.com reported that the latest Weekly Leading Index (WLI) growth indicator of the Economic Cycle Research Institute (ECRI) is now at 0.0 as reported in today's public release of the data through April 27. This is the third consecutive week-over-week decline since January 6th. However, the underlying WLI again rose fractionally from an adjusted 124.0 to 124.7.
